Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide our clients with as many scheduling options as possible, we now enforce a cancellation policy. While we understand that unanticipated events occur for everyone; in most cases we will be adhering to the policies stated below. No Shows And Cancellations Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the service. Any personal or credit card information obtained by Bodies in Balance will remain confidential. In the event of a cancellation or no show you will be charged automatically. *All fees must be paid in full before the next scheduled appointment* Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to begin a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the booked session.
